SHIPPING POLICY
All of our products are shipped via USPS. We charge $5.00 for orders under $50.00. Orders over that amount we ship for free. If requested, we can provide a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for your purchase to arrive.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are purchasing a Nano Infusion Pen, please remember that it cannot be submerged in water. Pens that have been damaged in this way cannot be replaced. In the event that you product arrives damaged we will gladly replace it at no cost for up to one month from the time of purchase. Be assured that you can buy with confidence.
