Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you pruchase a Nano Infusion Pen, please remember that it cannot be submerged in water. Pens that have been damaged in this way cannot be replaced. In the event that you product arrives damaged we will gladly replace it at no cost for up to one month from the time of purchase. Be assured that you can buy with confidence.
